We’re hiring: Inside Sales Executive

Are you a driven B2B sales professional with experience in utilities, energy, communications, technical staffing, project services or managed services? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help generate, qualify and progress new business opportunities across some of the UK’s most essential sectors.

In this role, you’ll combine inbound lead management with proactive outbound business development, engaging with prospective clients to identify workforce, project delivery and managed service requirements. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery and recruitment teams to create opportunities and move them through the pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs and turning conversations into commercial opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities across utilities, energy and communications organisations.
  • Developing targeted outbound campaigns using email, telephone outreach, social selling and prospect research.
  • Building relationships with decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Programme Management, Engineering and Project Management.
  • Identifying opportunities for contingent workforce solutions, SOW project delivery and managed service engagements.
  • You’ll also manage inbound enquiries, nurture prospects, maintain accurate CRM data, schedule discovery calls and collaborate internally to ensure opportunities are handed over smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
