Head of Inside Sales
Reading | 5 days per week
We're looking for a Head of Inside Sales to lead our Inside Sales function across ICT, Managed Print Services, Content Services, Unified Communications and associated subscription-based solutions.
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through new business acquisition, customer retention, account development and cross-selling opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Vendor Partners to develop and execute sales strategies that grow pipeline, revenue, gross profit and recurring income.
You'll also lead and develop a high-performing Inside Sales team, ensuring strong sales performance, effective forecasting, CRM governance and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key skills and experience
- Experience leading successful sales or business development teams
- Background in ICT, Managed Services, MPS or Content Services sales
- Strong track record of delivering revenue and profit growth
- Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting and sales performance
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce and Microsoft 365 proficiency
