In two years’ time, you’re going to be a very different salesperson to the one you are today.
Why You Should Join
You’ll get top class sales development you’ll use for the rest of your career.
There are plenty of sales jobs that give you a laptop, a CRM and a target.
Then tell you to crack on. This isn’t one of them.
You’ll be taught an in-depth sales process that your company has spent the last few years developing, testing, refining and then teaching to people who really want to learn and develop.
And once you’ve properly learned it. Nobody can take it away from you.
Whether you stay here for the next 10 years or eventually move on, you’ll have built the foundations in sales for the rest of your career.
And there’s already proof it works.
Another sales person joined with no sales experience. They taught him this process, coached him through it and he followed it relentlessly.
Within months he was consistently generating around £10,000 of sales every month from 0.
Even his reaction was:
“How has that happened?”
The answer was pretty simple.
He followed the process with elite mentorship. And it worked.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Then you can also look forward to working in a supportive environment without the corporate rubbish.
Some businesses talk a lot about "work-life balance".
Then message you at 8pm.
This isn’t that kind of place.
You’ll be expected to perform.
But in return…
When you finish work, you finish work.
It’s a 9–5 role, and there’s no culture of hanging around until 6pm just so everybody can see how “committed” you are.
That means you can build a proper sales career, earn bonus and push yourself professionally... Without your job encroaching on your life.
We’ve recruited multiple people into your business, spoken to the team after they’ve joined and consistently heard the same thing:
It’s a supportive place to work, people are treated well, and you’re trusted to do your job.
What You’ll Be Doing
If you like the idea of growing accounts and winning new business, but don’t fancy spending your days cold calling people who have never heard of you, you’ll probably like this role.
You’ll be based five days per week at the head office in Romford.
From there, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of around 150–200 existing accounts, worth approximately £1.5 million, with one clear objective:
Find out how much more business is sitting inside them, not just manage them.

Your job is to build relationships with those customers over the phone, email and Teams, understand their businesses, identify gaps in what they're buying and turn those gaps into new revenue.
Where You’ll Be Doing It
You’ll be joining a fourth-generation, family-owned business that’s been manufacturing and distributing high-performance wiping products since 1891.
Over the last 130+ years, they’ve evolved from a traditional textile supplier into one of the UK’s most trusted names in professional wipes, serving thousands of customers across hygiene, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and specialist sectors.
They are in the middle of a smart, strategic growth phase. Their current turnover is just under £25M, and they’re on track to hit £40M in the next 5 years.

- To be a process driven and organised professional who enjoys a structured approach to their day.
- At least 1–2 years of sales or account management experience.
