Inside Sales Representative £28,000–£34,000 Basic + Bonus Structure
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with customers, and helping clients find the right products and services to meet their needs?
Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a sales-focused position with genuine opportunities for development and progression.
You'll be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, identifying opportunities, and helping drive new business through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Building strong and professional customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Identifying new sales and business development opportunities
- Following up with leads and managing the sales pipeline
- Conducting outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Following up on opportunities and helping move prospects through the sales process

About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers and building rapport
- Motivated by achieving targets and delivering results
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Motivated to develop professionally and build a career in sales
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or recruitment would be beneficial but isn't essential
