Job title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Reading

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + (up to £6,000 commission)

We’re looking for a commercially aware and organised Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. You’ll support the smooth running of the sales function - managing quotes, processing orders and maintaining CRM accuracy - while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representative

  • Manage quotations and complex order processing
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
  • Respond to inbound enquiries
  • Conduct outbound calls into the install base
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support vendor engagement and deal registrations

We’re looking for: Inside Sales Representative

  • Experience in inside sales, B2B sales or sales support
  • Comfortable in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator (phone & email)
  • IT Channel experience (desirable)
