£30k - £35k p.a. | Hertfordshire | 3 days per week
This is a business that sells confidence: in technology, in results, in the systems that salons and clinics build their treatment menus around. The sales desk sits right at the centre of that, first point of contact for every enquiry that could become a client relationship. It’s a role for someone who reads a conversation quickly, sells with product knowledge rather than a script, and wants their targets to mean something.
Your New Role
- Handle inbound enquiries and run outbound calling campaigns to generate new opportunities
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, timescales and budget before recommending a solution
- Sell retail units, portable devices, accessories, service plans and extended warranties by phone
- Follow up quotations, demonstrations and dormant opportunities to keep the pipeline moving
- Allocate qualified leads to field consultants where a site visit or deeper consultation is needed
- Keep CRM records accurate and current across every enquiry, quote and interaction
- Support service plan and warranty renewals as part of wider customer retention activity
- Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates and performance against target

Your Talents
- You’ve sold over the phone before, and you know the difference between reading a script and actually listening to what a customer needs.
- You handle objections calmly, close confidently, and keep a pipeline organised without letting the admin slow you down.
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics or a related technical sector would help you hit the ground running, though an appetite for hitting target matters more than the sector on your CV.
