Role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: 5 days a week, London, White City
OTE: Commission only. £2,120 guaranteed minimum commission per month.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will speak with prospective customers by phone, understand their needs and introduce them to Flatpay. Managing conversations from initial interest through to qualified next steps, you will use strong questioning, listening and objection-handling skills to build trust and move deals forward.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with prospective customers by phone.
- Understanding customer needs through effective discovery.
- Explaining Flatpay's products clearly and confidently.
- Handling questions and objections professionally.
- Managing follow-up and keeping records accurate.
- Working towards activity, quality and conversion targets.

Background & Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now).
- Comfortable working five days per week from the office.
Hiring Process

- Manager Interview – Join us at our White City office for a face-to-face interview with your hiring manager.
