Inside Sales Representative (Ipswich)

Do you have a passion for transport and logistics and are you looking for a new challenge we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work and strengthen the team in our Ipswich Office.
Your role
- To support the Sales activities in the UK.
- To support the expansion of CLdN client portfolios.
- To actively promote CLdN services and network offering.
- To provide correct information and advice to customers and prospects.
- To create, follow-up and process quotations.
- To use the CLdN quotation tools and platforms.
- To perform basic market research and simple competitor analysis.
- To register and co-ordinate customer complaints.
- To recognize simple problems and solve them within existing procedures.

Your profile
- Have proven administration experience preferably within a transport or shipping environment.
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess a flexible approach to work.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- To understand IT systems.
- Be able to work to a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team.
