We're looking for an ambitious and resilient Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a high-energy, new business role where your success is measured by your ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and convert prospects into customers.

🎯 What that means day to day
As An Inside Sales Representative, You'll Take Ownership Of Your Own Sales Pipeline, Generating And Converting Opportunities Through Proactive Outbound Activity. You Will
📞Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective customers and turn conversations into commercial opportunities.
📈 Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects from first contact through to close.
🤝Engage decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings to identify sales opportunities.
💡 Conduct consultative sales conversations, uncover customer challenges and position the right solution.
🏆 Consistently achieve and exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets.
💬 Negotiate confidently, overcome objections and close new business deals.

📊 Accurately manage opportunities and sales activity through the CRM system.
✅ What you’ll need to be successful
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and is motivated by achieving results.
You'll have experience in telesales, inside sales or outbound sales and be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You'll be confident speaking with customers, identifying opportunities and influencing buying decisions.
Essential Requirements
⭐Proven sales experience within a telesales, inside sales or outbound sales environment.
⭐A proven track record of delivering against KPIs and revenue targets.
⭐Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
⭐Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
⭐A highly motivated, competitive and target-focused mindset.
⭐Resilience, determination and the ability to maintain momentum in a high-volume sales environment.
⭐Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales activity.
Desirable
➕Experience using LinkedIn or other social selling tools.
➕Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
➕Formal Sales Training Or Recognised Sales Qualifications.
