Inside Sales Representative

Our client is an international logistics and transportation company based in the Venray area. As Inside Sales Representative, you’ll look after a high-volume portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, keeping customers active, spotting growth potential and handing the right accounts to Field Sales at the right time.

Applicants must reside in the UK or in the Netherlands

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

Portfolio & outreach

  • Manage a high-volume customer portfolio through proactive outreach, nurturing and consistent follow-up
  • Keep up a cadence of 200+ customer calls per month, backed by planned call cycles, digital channels and CRM follow-up
  • Run outreach campaigns, including maintenance, reactivation and follow-up calls and emails
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right owner, Field Sales or self-managed
  • Hand high-potential customers over to Field Sales when the signals are there

Data & performance

  • Use CRM (CHUB), Power BI and market data to prioritise outreach and track performance against UK targets
  • Review personal KPIs, spot gaps and take action to improve activity, retention and growth
  • Keep accurate records on accounts, lost opportunities and customer needs
  • Support global and UK initiatives, plus smaller locations of key, multinational and international accounts with a cost-focused approach

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication suited to the UK market
  • Proven experience managing high-volume B2B portfolios, ideally in industrial sales with UK market exposure
  • Track record of delivering results in a KPI-driven environment
  • Strong at building relationships by phone, email and digital channels
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at different levels in a virtual setting
  • Analytical mindset, turning data into clear actions and opportunities
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and keen to take ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus
  • Based in the UK with the legal right to work there
