How You Will Contribute to the Success of the Company
An Inside Sales Representative at Sherweb has a number of sales-related duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Working with Account Managers to help them grow their book of business.
- Supporting reseller relationships alongside Account Managers and helping them with day-to-day interactions with Sherweb.
- Communicate internally across multiple departments as a liaison for the sales team.
- Supporting account managers by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams on pricing, credit requests, and escalations.
- Identify sales opportunities & collecting customer information for future follow-ups.
- Book meetings and calls between representatives and partners.
- Coordinate internal and external partner-experience feedback.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What You Need to Have and Master to Get the Job
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
- Proficient with CRM dashboards, activity management and other functionalities.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft licensing and products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Dynamics CRM).
- Experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operations.
