What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns by phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that supports sales growth and strengthens customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the full order lifecycle—from order entry through delivery—including tracking orders and recommending complementary products.
- Recommend strategies that increase the adoption of private-label products and digital solutions.
- Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Help ensure deliveries are timely and accurate while supporting day-to-day customer operations.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while working remotely or from company offices, as required.

What you will bring
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the building materials industry.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and communicate frequently by phone and email.
