What You Will Do
- Proactive Prospecting & Cold Calling: Phone fearlessness is key! You will pick up the phone to initiate cold calls, target top UK restaurants, and create brand-new business opportunities alongside managing incoming requests.
- Master Consultative Selling: Dive deep into the operational needs of restaurant decision-makers to offer tailored solutionsāfrom yield management and promotional strategies to advanced booking widgets and digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrate Value & Impact: Educate restaurateurs on the power of the TheFork network and showcase how our feature-rich platform directly boosts their revenues and guest bookings.
- Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage your pipeline with speed and precisionātaking warm prospects from initial inbound contact all the way to closing the deal and celebrating their launch online.
- Shape Market Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with internal onboarding and marketing teams, sharing real-time UK market insights to continuously sharpen our strategy and elevate the customer journey.
Who You Are
- A Natural Closer: Motivated by impact, growth, and targets, you love the thrill of converting high-intent inbound leads into active client partnerships.
- An Engaging Communicator: A great listener with persuasive flair, capable of building instant trust and tailoring your pitch to hospitality leaders.
- An Experienced Sales Professional: You bring 1 to 2 years of success in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Developmentāideally in B2B, SaaS, or the hospitality sectorāand excel in fast-paced sales cycles.
- An Agile Executioner: Highly organized and adaptable, you know how to prioritize high-value opportunities and thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
- A Growth Mindset Champion: Curious, coachable, and eager to master new product features and sales techniques to elevate your career alongside us.
- Fluent in English: Native or professional fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a fantastic bonus.

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
- Demonstrable target achievement ā comfortable working against clear individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Cold-calling confidence ā genuinely comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging prospects who aren't expecting your call.
- Full sales-cycle ownership ā able to take an opportunity from prospecting/initial contact through qualification, objection handling and close.
- Strong commercial communication skills ā able to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- CRM discipline ā comfortable using Salesforce or a similar CRM and maintaining accurate pipeline/activity data.
- Resilient & Tenacious: You don't get discouraged by rejection. You maintain your energy, activity and focus even when conversations don't go your way.
You Can Impress With These Additions
- Previous experience selling SaaS, technology, digital products or subscription-based solutions.
- Previous experience selling into restaurants, hospitality or other SME businesses.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close and onboarding.
- Experience using Salesforce, NiceInContact or similar sales technology.
- A track record of exceeding targets or consistently outperforming KPIs.
- Additional languages.
- Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment.
- Genuine passion for food, restaurants and hospitality.
