We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building pipeline and driving sales of our satellite services to customers across Southern Europe. You will work closely with our Enterprise sales team, solutions architects, and product managers to identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, close deals, and manage accounts.
This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as initial entry point and triage for customer inquiries for the EU Direct B2B team, responding directly to or passing to Enterprise sales team as appropriate.
- Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities for our services in assigned markets.
- Conducting online product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Working closely with Amazon Leo Deal Desk and Sales Operations, qualifying leads and managing sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to support larger, more complex deals.
- Staying up-to-date on our technology, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

About the team
Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above.
- Experience in Inside Sales in Enterprise Markets, working directly with end-users rather than channel partners, with preference for satellite or cloud networking experience.
- Experience with developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements with customers with annual revenue >$1B.
