About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is expected to take the lead in all Linde sales activities. To excel in this role, the successful applicant will proactively promote all Linde products to our customers and prospective SME clients.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Responsibilities include;

  • Developing sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails
  • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
  • Researching for new leads
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
  • Upselling products and services
  • Achieve volume targets, market share, and coverage
  • Qualifying leads prior to them being forwarded to the relevant person / department
  • Consistently update the CRM system at every customer contact point

Person Specification;

We are looking for someone who is Energetic and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn, hunger for growth, and is both resilient and organised.

Any sales, commercial, or customer-facing experience would be ideal but not essential.
