Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing existing Sensient Flavors Europe accounts assigned within the scope of the Strategy determined by the Company.

This position is office-based in any of our European offices: Heverlee (Belgium), Illkirch (France), Milton Keynes (UK), Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), Geesthacht (Germany).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with a substantial portfolio of existing and prospective customers in the food and beverage industry.
  • Drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating effectively, introducing innovation, and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, implementing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and supporting pricing initiatives.
  • Track customer activity, maintain accurate records, and communicate key sales updates and opportunities to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in sales or in a commercial or customer support role in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (per location). Any additional European language would be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to quickly learn new products, technologies, systems, and contribute to business success.
  • A winning mentality.
