Position Summary

Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical market. This role will be responsible for finding, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers across Europe. Primary focus will be on promoting our pharmaceutical products, providing product information, and offering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires minimal travel and is predominantly office based.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the pharmaceutical market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate closely with all organizational teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and report sales activities and results accurately.
  • Deliver on key activity metrics set out by the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Experience & Knowledge

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

  • A science degree, degree in Business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
