Inside Sales Representative - Integrated Partnerships - Peterborough, UK (hybrid)
As an Inside Sales Representative at Convera, you will focus on converting leads from integrated channel partners into accounts, opportunities, and ultimately customers. You will manage both new business and existing revenue targets, ensuring seamless onboarding and service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in sales and progress into hunting or farming positions in the future. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on converting leads from integrated channel partners into accounts, opportunities, and ultimately customers. You will manage both new business and existing revenue targets, ensuring seamless onboarding and service delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop leads from integrated channel partners and convert them into accounts, opportunities, and customers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients to optimize profitability while demonstrating clear value.
- Ensure all interested prospects receive appropriate onboarding documentation.
- Leverage cross-functional and global resources to onboard entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Carry a new business revenue target and own an existing business revenue target, including growth objectives.
- Effectively manage the pipeline of opportunities through the sales funnel using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure go-live dates are met.
- Work with middle office teams to guarantee seamless service delivery to downstream clients.
- Provide accurate reporting and KPI updates to partners and internal sales leadership.

You should apply if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Understanding of B2B payments and financial services is advantageous.
