Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based at the Cable & Accessories branch in Belfast. The role involves handling incoming customer enquiries, providing product information, preparing quotes, and processing orders accurately. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow existing accounts, support lead generation activities, and follow up on sales opportunities by phone and email.

  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues in operations and management to meet branch sales targets

  • Supporting continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales skills, with experience handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and closing orders.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build rapport and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills, including nurturing relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confident telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to work on-site in Belfast, manage time well, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, electrical products, or a related industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated reliability, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
