We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our UK Commercial team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of existing B2B accounts while proactively prospecting for new business. You will own the full sales cycle for transactional and core solution opportunities, helping clients navigate their physical and digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage and expand an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts through targeted cross-selling and upselling of Iron Mountain’s solution suite.
  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect, cold call, and follow up on marketing-generated leads to acquire new business and build a robust pipeline.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Qualify leads, uncover customer pain points through discovery calls, deliver solution presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Position Iron Mountain’s physical records, secure destruction, digital solutions, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) offerings effectively.
  • Sales Hygiene & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity, and revenue forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with internal specialists, field sales teams, and customer support to deliver seamlessly on client requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or outbound business development (preferably within SaaS, tech, or managed services).
  • Prospecting Skills: Strong telephone presence and experience with cold calling, social selling (LinkedIn Navigator), and pipeline building.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency using Salesforce to track sales cycles and maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with key decision-makers.
  • Commercial Mindset: High target orientation, resilience, and a consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
