What's your role?
You will be part of our Inside sales, Industrial, EMEA team of 12 professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to support inbound sales activity and provide solutions to a variety of customer needs. In this role you will be working in close cooperation with outside sales managers, product management, and marketing to drive revenue growth and gain industry expertise. You will report to Inside sales Manager, Industrial EMEA. Your responsibilities include:
- Act as the 1st point of contact to our customers
- Handling incoming sales leads
- Communicate with customers to identify sales opportunities and propose solutions
- Answer customers’ queries and send out additional information
- Work on quotations together with external sales and senior managers
- Take part in proactive sales by researching the industry, reaching out to contacts, and initiating discussions with potential customers.

Profile description:
What will you bring?
- Experience in b2b sales
- Suitable technical or commercial background (e.g., education in engineering or experience from technical sales)
- Proactive and confident communication style.
- CRM Tools experience e.g Salesforce.
- The ability to understand and explain technical solutions
- Curiosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work. We expect everyone at Vaisala to actively discover how AI can enhance their work
