About The Job

What You'll Do
Role: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Location: 5 days a week - London, White City
Compensation: Commission-only | Permanent guaranteed minimum £2,120/month | OTE £50–70k (uncapped)
Responsibilities
- Call merchants from a provided lead pool from marketing leads and demo Flatpay solutions over the phone and close contracts
- Build and maintain your own pipeline, including generating referrals
- Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback and insights to SDRs, marketing and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution

Skills & Attributes
- Highly motivated with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Resilient, self-starting and driven by commission and results
- Organised and structured in managing daily tasks
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDRs and operations teams

Background & Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end sales (likely phone-based) with proven quota attainment
- Experience selling to SME owners
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- No specific payments industry experience required
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now)
