A New UK Growth Opportunity within High-Performance Industrial Products
Excelerate360 is a specialist B2B sales outsourcing business helping innovative and technology-led organisations accelerate growth across the UK, Europe and North America.
We work with ambitious scale-ups, established businesses and global brands, providing outsourced business development, inside sales and account management solutions across sectors including SaaS, Cyber Security, FinTech, Digital Transformation and Manufacturing.
We are now launching an exciting new UK sales opportunity and are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join Excelerate360 and represent one of our established global clients.
Our client is a globally recognised leader in high-performance industrial products and solutions, with a long-standing reputation for technical expertise, innovation and supporting organisations across some of the world's most demanding industries.
As part of their Pathfinder UK growth program, you'll play an important role in identifying and developing new customer opportunities across emerging and high-value sectors, including Aerospace, Defence and other technically demanding industries.
This is a chance to join a new growth programme from the ground up, build a UK pipeline, and have a direct impact on the client's expansion, with performance-based earning potential that reflects the commercial opportunities you help generate.
About The Role
This is a new-business-focused role where your primary responsibility is to find, qualify and develop new customer opportunities across the UK.
A key part of the role will be identifying the strongest opportunities within emerging and high-value sectors, understanding how these industries buy, who the key decision-makers are, and where the client's technical solutions can add value.
You'll be responsible for opening doors and creating opportunities, identifying potential customers, engaging decision-makers, understanding their requirements and developing genuine sales opportunities.
Once an opportunity is qualified, you'll support the prospect through the product evaluation and trial process, working closely with the client and distributor teams.
As the opportunity progresses, you'll work alongside the client's direct sales and distributor teams to support the conversion and eventual handover. Your strength will be in finding the right customers, creating demand, developing the opportunity and converting new product trials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
