Job Description:
Are you a proactive sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver value? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative -Product Support to drive parts and service revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and solution-based selling.
Working closely with Service, Parts and Regional Sales teams, you will be responsible for following up on preventative maintenance and service reports, generating quotations, identifying sales opportunities and developing strong customer relationships across your assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in outbound B2B sales, customer service or service administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers following preventative maintenance inspections and engineer service reports to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up quotations for remedial repairs, parts, services and other revenue-generating solutions.
- Manage and convert leads generated from inspection reports.
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular outbound calls and account management activities.
- Generate qualified leads and work collaboratively with Regional Sales Representatives to maximise sales opportunities.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and seek to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate customer, activity and opportunity records within the CRM system.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions and business development initiatives while promoting the full range of parts and service solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales, customer service or service administration role.
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer opportunities effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and focused on delivering results.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing quotations and maintaining CRM records.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and the sales process.
- Experience using CRM systems and standard business software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Desirable: Experience within the engineering, industrial, manufacturing, construction equipment or technical service sectors.
