Are you a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and spotting opportunities to grow business?
Fabory is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (SME) to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers across the region. As a key point of contact for our SME customers, you’ll manage incoming enquiries across phone, email and chat, helping customers find the right solutions while delivering a responsive and professional experience.
Working closely with the regional sales team, you’ll help strengthen customer relationships, retain existing business and identify opportunities to increase sales within your customer portfolio.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, account management and commercial administration, giving you the opportunity to build your B2B sales expertise while making a direct contribution to Fabory’s growth.

Duties
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries & proactively reach out to potential SME clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our products and services
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and present appropriate Fabory solutions that meet their business needs
- Manage the full customer order process, including returns, credit notes, backorders, margin checks and special-item requests.
- Support the growth of your assigned customer portfolio by identifying and acting on commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools
- Handle customer complaints and potential claims professionally and efficiently, working with the Key Account Manager and relevant internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.

Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A persuasive, confident and professional approach when speaking with customers.
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for identifying sales opportunities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large customer portfolio.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to changing customer needs.
- A willingness to learn and develop your product, sales and commercial knowledge.
- Good attention to detail, particularly when managing orders, customer information and commercial processes.
- Previous B2B sales, inside sales, customer service or account management experience is advantageous.
