Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, hi, hello, kamusta, g'day!

Thanks for stopping by. Job hunting takes up enough of your time already, so let's get straight to it.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney, but London is home to a growing crew of Canvanauts. This role is based in our London office, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

What you'd be doing

Change is part of our DNA at Canva, and we think that's part of the fun. Here's a flavour of what you'll be working on — though it'll likely evolve as you do.

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our EMEA Sales team in London. You'll work with strategic accounts across the region, helping businesses discover how Canva can transform the way their teams create and collaborate.

You'll be:

  • Engaging prospects and existing accounts across EMEA, understanding their goals and where Canva fits in
  • Running demos and presentations that show off what Canva can do — and why it matters to them
  • Managing your pipeline end to end, from first conversation through to closed deal
  • Negotiating pricing and terms to hit your monthly and quarterly targets
  • Keeping your CRM sharp and up to date, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Teaming up with Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to make the sales process smoother for everyone
  • Staying on top of what's happening in the market, so you can position Canva with confidence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You're probably a match if

  • You've got a track record in sales — ideally inside sales, SaaS, or tech — and you know how to build a pipeline and close it
  • You can explain something complicated in a way that just clicks, and you build trust fast
  • You're self-motivated and genuinely driven by hitting (and beating) your targets
  • You're comfortable in Salesforce and tools like Gong, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You thrive on change and don't need everything mapped out to move fast
  • Extra language skills across EMEA are a bonus, not a requirement
