Position Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist role is critical in bridging marketing activity with sales execution. The successful candidate will generate and manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), conduct proactive outreach, book appointments for senior sales colleagues on larger enterprise opportunities, and directly sell to small-to-medium enterprise (SME) clients.

The successful candidate will also play an active role in supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring accurate sales pipeline management through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Prospecting

  • Follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct outreach to new prospects via outbound calls, emails, and digital channels, with a minimum of 75 outreaches per week.
  • Qualify prospects effectively and identify potential opportunities for SME sales or referral to senior sales colleagues.

Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Assist in selling to small and medium-sized SME clients, typically between 10 and 150 matters per year.
  • Support the contract signing process for SMEs and ensure a smooth client handover.
  • Collaborate with local operations teams to implement new accounts, ensuring service readiness and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline, opportunity stages, and activity tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to the team’s overall revenue targets.

Marketing & Events Support

  • Follow up with event attendees and digital marketing campaign respondents to convert interest into opportunities.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with senior sales team members to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Share insights from client interactions to help refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up to date on trends in global mobility, relocation, and immigration to communicate value to prospects and clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 75 outbound touches, including calls and emails, per week.
  • 2 qualified appointments booked per week for senior sales.
  • Accurate, timely, and complete CRM data entry in Salesforce.

  • Relationship-builder with strong ability to engage a range of stakeholders, from small businesses to enterprise-level clients.
