About the Role
You grow an existing customer base in the United Kingdom. Cordstrap helps companies worldwide transport goods safely and efficiently, with solutions for transport damage, inefficient loading, and operational risks. As Inside Sales Representative UK, you take ownership of an extensive portfolio of existing customers and drive commercial growth through consultative selling and data-driven prioritisation.
What will you do?
- Manage and develop an extensive portfolio of existing customers in the United Kingdom
- Generate revenue growth by proactively approaching customers and converting commercial opportunities
- Conduct at least 200 meaningful customer conversations per month
- Use CRM, Power BI, and customer insights to set clear priorities
- Identify ordering patterns, growth opportunities, and signals for customer reactivation
- Advise customers on solutions for transport, logistics, and supply chain challenges
- Increase customer value by recommending suitable products and alternatives
- Process orders and coordinate technical or operational questions with internal specialists
- Take full ownership of your KPIs, activities, and commercial results

What do you bring?
- Commercial experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong commercial ambition; candidates at the start of their career are also welcome
- Fluent English in both spoken and written communication
- Comfortable working with clear KPIs and targets
- Data-driven: you use CRM and insights to identify opportunities and prioritise actions
- Proactive, results-oriented, and resilient
- Structured approach with the ability to manage a large customer portfolio
- Open to coaching and feedback
What does Cordstrap offer?
- Gross annual salary between 40,000 and 50,000 euro, depending on experience
- 20% bonus scheme paid quarterly and linked to performance
- Direct employment with Cordstrap for 40 hours per week
- Initial one-year contract with the intention to extend
- Work remotely from The United Kingdom, for their location in Oostrum, The Netherlands
