About the Role:

The Insider Risk Analyst is a member of CrowdStrike’s Global Security team and plays a key role in operating and advancing the Insider Risk Program. You will work closely with partners across Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other business functions to investigate concerns, manage risk, and strengthen protective measures. We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and motivated security professional with an interest in insider risk, investigations, counterintelligence, risk management, and national security.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the lead Insider Risk analyst for the EMEA region, supporting regional matters and broader Global Security priorities.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks involving CrowdStrike’s workforce, information, systems, and operations.
  • Conduct detailed and impartial investigations, including employee interviews, evidence analysis, documentation, and preparation of clear findings and recommendations.
  • Brief identified risks and investigative findings to stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies, including security and insider risk awareness materials, newsletters, case studies, briefings, and targeted communications.
  • Lead outreach and risk management initiatives in partnership with Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other business functions.
  • Monitor relevant industry, threat, legal, and regulatory developments and help integrate applicable insights into Insider Risk and Global Security processes.
  • Deliver Insider Risk and other Security training to employees in the region.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
