About the role
We're looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join our Insight & Analytics team within the Group Acquisition & Analytics function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping our business understand, measure and optimise the effectiveness of our digital marketing and customer acquisition activities across the group.
No two days are the same. You'll work across a wide range of projects, from building new datasets and automating reporting processes to customer behaviour analysis, marketing performance evaluation, experimentation, and advanced statistical analysis.

What You'll Be Doing
- Turning complex business questions into structured analytical solutions and actionable recommendations. Working end-to-end across the analytical lifecycle, from data preparation and validation through to insight generation and stakeholder communication.
- Developing robust reporting and visualisations that drive business understanding and decision-making.
- Analysing customer, commercial and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Supporting optimisation initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Building automated and reproducible analytical workflows
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems using data
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing, debugging and validating complex queries across multiple datasets
- Experience using R and/or Python for data analysis, automation and reporting
- Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, modelling and sampling techniques
- Experience working with customer, marketing, product or commercial performance data
- Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, cohort analysis and customer value metrics
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations
- Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control tools

Desirable Experience
- Power BI dashboard development and maintenance
- Experimental design and incrementality testing
- Digital marketing platforms and datasets such as:
- Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Ahrefs
- CRM platforms such as Emarsys
- Databricks, BigQuery or similar analytics platforms
- CLTV, payback, churn or retention modelling
- CRM, ecommerce, subscription or repeat-purchase customer analytics
- Workflow automation and AI-assisted analysis
- Machine Learning implementation
- Experience working across multiple brands, markets or business units
- Veterinary or pet industry experience
