At Acosta Europe, people are at the heart of everything we do. As part of one of the world's leading Sales and Marketing agencies, we help some of the biggest brands grow through insight-driven strategies, exceptional execution, and collaborative partnerships.
We are looking for an Insight Analyst to join our team, supporting one of our key clients in a highly visible role that combines data analysis, commercial insight, supply chain collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning complex information into actionable recommendations that drive sales, availability, and operational performance.
The Role
As an Insight Analyst, you will work closely with our client, retailer supply chain teams, commercial stakeholders, and field sales teams to generate meaningful insights that improve product availability, stock efficiency, and overall commercial performance.
You will play a crucial role in monitoring stock levels, identifying opportunities, influencing key stakeholders, and providing clear recommendations that help maximise on-shelf availability (OSA), increase retail sales value (RSV), and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
Using a variety of data sources and reporting platforms, including the ReApp Insights Platform, you will analyse trends, create impactful reports, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

- Generate actionable insights that support improved stock availability and retail performance.
- Monitor depot and store inventory levels to identify potential supply chain challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
