We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded Insight & Data Analyst to become the driving force behind our market, category and consumer insight capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine data, technology and commercial thinking in a role where your work will directly influence key business decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Category, you'll take ownership of reporting and analytics ecosystem, transforming complex data into meaningful insight that helps our Commercial, Brand and Category teams make smarter, faster decisions.
Using cutting-edge tools including Power BI, AI and advanced analytics, you'll identify market trends, consumer behaviours and untapped growth opportunities that shape future strategy.

This role goes far beyond reporting. You'll act as the analytical engine of the business, blending multiple data sources, automating processes, developing best-in-class dashboards and uncovering opportunities that help drive category growth, brand performance and customer success.
Whether supporting strategic planning, new product launches, major customer reviews or commercial decision-making, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the business stays ahead of market trends and competitive developments.
