Job Description

At Global, we think big, work hard, and never stand still. We’re the proud home of the best media and entertainment, driven by our talented and passionate people. Our mission? To make everyone’s day brighter— our Globallers, our audiences, our partners, and our communities. Whether we’re in the studio, building world-class technology, or securing record Outdoor advertising partnerships, we make sure we’re doing it as a team.

Your New Role

Are you naturally curious, commercially minded, and passionate about turning data into stories that matter? If you enjoy blending analysis with storytelling and want to help demonstrate the real impact of advertising, this could be the role for you.

As an Insight Executive - Outcomes at Global, you’ll support outcomes and ad effectiveness projects from measurement through to insight delivery. Working closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams, you’ll play an important role in shaping insight outputs, developing stories out of data and creating materials that strengthen commercial conversations with agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Analysis (50%): Support Outcomes and ad effectiveness projects through accurate, timely analysis, helping turn data into clear and commercially relevant insights.
  • Storytelling (30%): Help translate findings into clear, engaging narratives, case studies, and materials that show the value of advertising effectiveness.
  • Data Management (20%): Ensure measurement data is accurately integrated, organised, and maintained to support reliable analysis and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
