With the right insight, we spot trends, risks and opportunities early. Our Insight Manager will lead customer and market insight end-to-end, turning data into clear direction and impact. By shaping how we understand our customers, categories and market, you’ll drive smarter decisions every step of the way!

Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Wakefield.
What you’ll do
- You’ll tackle the business’s biggest questions, bringing together data from across sources to uncover what’s happening, why it matters and what to do next.
- You’ll turn both quick requests and emerging trends into clear, actionable insight that helps attract, grow and retain customers, while always looking for smarter ways to improve our data, tools and approach.
- From managing research partners to keeping dashboards sharp and useful, you’ll make sure insight is easy to understand, hard to ignore and embedded across the business—keeping the customer front and centre in every decision.

What you’ll bring
- Highly experienced Insight manager with good business acumen, a passion for analysis and ideally, a grounding in Omni-channel Retail
- Good analytical skillset with significant experience exploiting and triangulating data across numerous sources
- Expert understanding of research initiatives, insights tools and proven Consumer Research methods.
- A proven ability to generate Insight and actions that drive customer and business benefit
- Strong consulting skills to partner effectively with multiple agencies and stakeholders
