What will you be doing?
You will be a member of the Category Growth team, working on a portfolio of clients. The Insight Manager is a critical member of the team, leading our partnership on a day to day basis and as a result the ideal candidate would need to have a degree of autonomy and problem-solving capabilities. This role requires an insight led approach using the Circana solutions to create advantage and growth opportunities for our client. The candidate should have a track record of using innovative and inspiring insight to grow our client’s business, paired with superb organizational and interpersonal engagement skills to deliver an all-round excellent service to the client. The role is not a delivery management, or passive account stewardship role. The focus is revenue ownership, strategic growth, and long-term account expansion.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates, executes, analyses, and presents findings from a variety of insight projects commissioned by the client, positioning in an influential manner with recommendations, actions and quantified new opportunities.
- To act as a business consultant driving engagement and penetration of Circana, and our solutions, across all client functions through the execution of effective engagement strategies.
- Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and work closely with other Circana functions to deliver an all-round positive client experience.
- First point of contact for clients on day-to-day issues and champion the clients need within the wider Circana organisation.
- Responsible for updating all business performance metrics and accurate financial reporting.
- Development and deployment of our technology capabilities, bringing the best Circana has to offer to our client’s fingertips to drive efficiencies and enhance business reporting
- Monthly travel to client offices and less frequent on-site days at the Circana main office (Bracknell).
Requirements
- Experience in the application of market measurement data including shopper. Ability to articulate complex technical knowledge of solutions in a simple impactful manner.
- Effective team player and proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
- Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks strongly both internally and externally. Strong project and workload management and proactive management of stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to proactively manage a client relationship and drive improvements in client satisfaction. Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients at all levels when helping solve/manage content deliverables and critical business challenges.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to use appropriate method to communicate with clients, professional presence, ability to understand and respond to another’s point of view.
- Previous experience in cross selling Circana solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen: appreciation of contractual obligations, financial reporting, corporate policies and input into business planning.

Location
This role will have the requirement to travel to the client’s offices; Rainham, Chalfont, Uxbridge, and Circana’s Head Office in Bracknell (roughly once per month).
