Insight & Reporting Analyst
Permanent | ISS | Remote/Hybrid | Can be based anywhere nationally
ISS are looking to hire a Insight & Reporting Analyst to join their UK&I Digital & Data Hub.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on delivering meaningful insight, reporting, and data-driven recommendations across operational and client KPI performance data.
The successful candidate will work closely with account teams, operational stakeholders, central functions, and clients to support decision making and drive business performance improvements.

- Analysing complex operational and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Building and maintaining dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
- Translating technical findings into clear, actionable business insight for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting KPI reporting, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis
- Improving data quality, reporting processes, and automation capabilities
- Collaborating with Data Engineers and the wider data team to support scalable reporting and data solutions
Key skills required:

- Strong SQL and data analysis experience
- Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices
Experience with MS Fabric, Databricks, Python, or data modelling principles would be advantageous.
