Insight Sales Executive

We're looking for an Insight Sales Executive to join our growing CPG insights team, working with a major grocery retailer and their supplier base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales, insights, data, or retail who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll play a key role in driving growth while working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You'll be selling data-led solutions to CPG suppliers, helping them better understand performance, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen their relationship with our retail partner.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Head of Sales to building and manage a pipeline of CPG suppliers who already serve our supermarket partner
  • Running engaging discovery sessions to understand client needs and challenges
  • Presenting our MoreViu platform and tailoring solutions to client objectives
  • Supporting and leading pitches with a wide range of CPG clients
  • Managing our annual sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
  • Working with internal consulting, product, and sales teams to shape proposals
  • Developing existing client relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as a key link between CPG suppliers and our retail partner
  • Contributing to go-to-market activities including proposals, materials, and events (such as webinars & conferences)

Requirements

About you

We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with knowledge of how data and insights fuels retail decision making

You don't need to have done everything before—but you should be confident working with clients and keen to develop further.

  • Experience in B2B sales (insights, data, SaaS, media, or retail preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable running client conversations and presentations
  • Curious and interested in how data and insights drive business decisions
  • Collaborative mindset and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Able to think on your feet and approach challenges in a structured way
  • Motivated to grow into a more senior commercial role over time

Ideal Experience
