Insight Strategy Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Insight Strategy Manager to join our Customer team and play a key role in shaping how data and insight drive decisions across The Perfume Shop.
You’ll lead the development of our insight strategy, turning customer, commercial and market data into clear recommendations that influence business performance and long-term direction. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help us better understand our customers, identify opportunities for growth and build a more data-led, customer-first approach to decision making.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and deliver the customer insight strategy, ensuring it is embedded across the business and supports key strategic priorities.
- Own and evolve the insight roadmap, developing tools, capability and ways of working that improve how insight is generated and used.
- Turn complex customer, commercial and market data into clear recommendations that help shape business decisions and future strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and potential risks by combining customer, behavioural and market insight.
- Partner with Customer, CRM, Digital, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to ensure insight informs decision making at every level.
- Lead, coach and develop the Insight Team, creating a culture of continuous improvement, strong analytical capability and clear accountability.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an insight, analytics, customer strategy or similar role where you've translated data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect insights from multiple data sources and focus on what will have the greatest impact.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence decisions through insight.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience presenting insight to senior stakeholders.
- An understanding of customer behaviour, commercial performance, market trends and how insight can be used to drive business growth.
- Experience leading, developing and supporting others, with a passion for building capability and helping teams succeed.
