Join Our Team as an Insights Analyst

We're looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Insights Analyst to join our Merchandising & Floor Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping product ranging and space planning decisions that directly impact sales performance, customer experience, and business efficiency.

Working across Merchandising, Floor Planning, Trading, and Store Format teams, you'll use data and insight to support strategic decision-making, create impactful reporting, and help drive continuous improvement across the business.

If you enjoy turning complex datasets into actionable recommendations and thrive in a collaborative retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As an Insights Analyst, you'll:

  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support merchandising, ranging, and space planning decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Merchandising, Floor Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital, and Store Operations teams.
  • Support the development of self-service reporting solutions and help improve data accessibility across departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of range and merchandising data.
  • Translate complex information into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, increase efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support the successful delivery of key merchandising and floor planning initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
