The Company

Christie’s, the world’s largest Art Business, is an incredibly exciting & enriching place to start or continue your career. Whether you work within one of our Specialist Art Departments, or in one of our more Operational teams, we are all working together with one common goal in mind: to continue the success of this 250 year old company, steeped in history, bringing fresh ideas whilst not forgetting our shared values; Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Responsibility & Relationships. Colleagues across all departments are truly passionate about what they do and it is inspiring to work with industry leaders across our business.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Data & Insights team. In this role, you will support the delivery of analysis and reporting that helps business teams make informed, data-driven decisions and better understand our clients. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will assist in building dashboards, analysing data, and sharing insights on client behaviour to support client acquisition, marketing, and digital engagement initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Extracting, manipulating and interpreting complex unstructured datasets and translating that into value-driven insight.
  • Tableau Dashboards: you will edit, create, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
  • Data Modelling: you will leverage several data sources (e.g. auction transactions and web analytics data) and build gold layer tables to be used for reporting and analysis by the wider team.
  • Identifying key trends and turn them into actionable insights for the business.
  • Analysis and Visualisation: you will perform deep-dive data analysis and create compelling presentations to share your findings with business stakeholders.
  • Testing / QA: with a sharp eye for data quality, you will participate in testing and data quality assurance processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
