We’re looking for our next Insights and Digital Improvement Specialist to join the Customer team. Read on for all the details…
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Insights and Digital Improvement Specialist, you'll help the Supply Chain Operations team deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working. Supporting our goal of providing the right materials, equipment and services at the right time, you'll use digital solutions to improve visibility, performance and operational control across the function.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you'll own the Supply Chain Power Platform portfolio, driving continuous improvement through Power BI reporting, Power Apps development and process automation. Working closely with Supply Chain and Technology teams, you'll deliver secure, scalable solutions that create measurable business value and support our wider strategy.

Other Accountabilities for the role:
- Act as Product Owner for the Supply Chain Power Platform estate, owning the portfolio of Power Apps, Power BI reports, dashboards and automation solutions, whilst defining priorities, requirements, standards and the development roadmap.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership and operational teams to identify, recommend and deliver digital, process and system improvements that support business objectives and performance targets.
- Design, develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI reporting, Power Apps and automation solutions that provide actionable operational insights and measurable business value.
- Define, prioritise and manage the Supply Chain digital improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are selected based on business value, operational risk, strategic alignment and resource availability.
- Establish success measures, track realised benefits and ensure implemented solutions deliver measurable improvements in operational performance, efficiency, cost control and customer service.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital solutions from initial concept and requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, adoption and ongoing support.
- Challenge existing processes and drive the adoption of data-driven, efficient and automated ways of working across Supply Chain Operations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Supply Chain business processes, SAP data structures and inventory management processes, including warehousing, purchasing, stock management and material flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support the development of datasets, reporting models and digital solutions that leverage data effectively
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity, and a caring attitude in equal weight.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience managing improvement, reporting, or digital initiatives, with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, and related Microsoft reporting technologies. You will also possess knowledge of key reporting tools and coding languages, including DAX, SQL, T-SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Automate, and Data Modelling.

Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) is essential, alongside a collaborative approach, personal resilience, and the maturity to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
