INSIGHTS ANALYST
3 DAYS ONSITE IN LONDON OR NORTHAMPTON

£400 TO £500 PER DAY

This is an opportunity to join a large and complex housing organisation at a pivotal time. As an interim Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory inspection readiness while delivering meaningful analysis that helps shape operational and customer-focused decision making across the business.
The Company
They are a well-established organisation operating within the housing sector, serving a large and diverse customer base. With a strong focus on service quality, compliance, and customer outcomes, they are preparing for an upcoming regulatory assessment and are seeking analytical expertise to support this important period. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to both strategic and business-as-usual insight activity.
The Role and Deliverables
- Support regulatory inspection and compliance readiness through data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights into customer journeys, service performance, and customer experience.
- Review how data is structured, reported, and used across the organisation to support informed decision making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including customer leadership teams, to answer business-critical questions.
- Deliver ongoing reporting and analytical support throughout the assignment.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience working within a housing association environment.
- Proven capability in insights, analytics, performance reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections, governance reviews, or compliance assessments.
- Ability to interpret complex data-sets and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Experience working with customer-focused data, operational performance metrics, and service reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of housing sector regulatory frameworks and performance reporting.
