Role Overview

How does this role contribute to our collective success?

The Insights Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the delivery, evolution and operational excellence of AXIS' Insights capability.

This role leads a team of Insights and Visualization Developers responsible for delivering and maintaining reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics solutions and business intelligence products across the organization. As AXIS continues its data and AI transformation journey, the role will also be responsible for evolving the team's capabilities beyond traditional reporting into modern Power Platform development, AI-enabled experiences and Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.

The role balances two equally important objectives:

  • Ensuring the stability, quality and effectiveness of existing reporting and insights capabilities.
  • Leading the modernization of the function to support future business needs, including AI-powered insights, automation, digital assistants and next-generation analytics experiences.

Working in close partnership with Insights & Analytics Leads, Data Product teams, Data Engineering, AI teams and business stakeholders, the Insights Delivery Lead will ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic priorities while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, usability and operational performance.

This is a leadership role requiring strong delivery expertise, people leadership and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
