Job Title: Insight Account Director
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Covent Garden, London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Our client is an ambitious independent media agency that combines the agility of a challenger business with the backing of one of the UK's leading independent agency groups. They partner with a diverse portfolio of brands, using audience insight, research and media effectiveness to uncover new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Design, manage and deliver qualitative and quantitative research projects from brief through to presentation.
- Translate complex data into engaging stories, strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Advise clients on audience understanding, media effectiveness and growth opportunities.
- Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders and support insight-led new business opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members while maintaining exceptional quality across all deliverables.
Your Profile
- Experience within media research, audience insight or effectiveness, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of how insight informs media strategy and business performance.
- Confident managing research projects, interpreting data and presenting recommendations.
- Comfortable using industry insight tools such as TGI, TouchPoints, YouGov BrandIndex or similar.
- Curious, analytical and commercially minded, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
