Remote, with occasional meetings in London

Full-time, permanent

The Company

£28,000-£31,000 depending on experience plus benefits

Our client is a growing workforce intelligence and insights company working across the creative industries.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a curious, commercially aware and articulate Insights Executive who can turn complex research data into clear, compelling and actionable stories.

You will interpret both quantitative and qualitative findings, identify the themes that matter most and present them to clients in an engaging and accessible way.

Working across a varied portfolio of projects, from individual film, music or theatre productions to larger projects, you will be involved throughout the research process, from design and analysis through to reporting and client presentation.

This role would suit someone who is equally comfortable working with numbers and narrative, enjoys finding the human story behind the data and can explain not only what the research says, but why it matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
