We're looking for someone who has successfully led organizational change, improved ways of working, and inspired teams to adopt new processes—not just delivered research.

Who We Are

At Behaviorally, we’re reshaping the way the world’s top brands understand and influence consumer decisions at the point of purchase. With deep behavioral expertise combined with cutting-edge technology, we guide clients across retail and CPG landscapes through complex shopper journeys—both online and offline. We help leading FMCG/CPG companies boost sales with effective packaging and shopper strategies. Our PackPower Score™ is the industry standard metric for packaging design, linking directly to sales to predict pack performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end research execution (Quant, Qual) from kick-off through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Ensure quality across all deliverables by reviewing questionnaires, guides, data outputs, and reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present them compellingly—demonstrating methodological knowledge and linking results directly to client strategy.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep initiatives on track, while setting up projects in internal systems and briefing execution teams.
  • Participate in client calls to advise on solutions and ensure projects deliver actionable outcomes.
  • Proactively engage client contacts by sharing updates (e.g., industry news, new methodologies) and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance research design, data synthesis, and storytelling.
  • Champion a commercial mindset—linking insights recommendations to business impact, client growth, and measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to explore new subscription and platform-based insights offerings that scale across clients and categories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
