Data Insights Analyst
Location: Warwick
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Day Rate Inside IR35

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your analytical skills can shine? If so, our client is looking for a dynamic Data Insights Analyst to join their Security Control Centre (SCC) team!
About the Role
As the Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SCC's transition to a service-led operating model. Your mission? To enhance data visibility, drive performance reporting, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that empower decision-making and continuous improvement!
Key Accountabilities Include:

Service Performance & Insight:
- Develop impactful performance reporting and dashboards.
- Create and refine KPIs and KRIs to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct trend analysis and generate insightful reports.

Data Management & Reporting:
- Enhance the quality and consistency of operational data.
- Streamline reporting processes and automate reporting tasks.
- Provide support for Power BI and other reporting tools.

Service Catalogue & Performance Framework:
- Assist in developing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework.
- Ensure services are well-defined, owned, and measurable.
- Align performance measures with SCC objectives.

- Continuous Improvement & Operational Support:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support governance activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Expected Deliverables
During your time in this role, you will contribute to:
- Establishing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework.
- Developing and implementing a robust KPI and KRI framework.
- Creating effective performance dashboards and reporting capabilities.
- Enhancing visibility of demand, performance, and risk across SCC operations.
- Ensuring sustainable reporting processes that continue beyond your tenure.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in analysing operational or service-related data.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools).
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in producing reports and performance insights.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with IT Service Management, Security Operations, or Facilities Management.
- Experience in defining KPIs, KRIs, or service performance measures.
- Knowledge of service catalogues and service management frameworks.

Security & Compliance Requirements
- Role requires appropriate National Security Vetting clearance.
- Compliance with UKPS security policies and procedures is essential.
- A full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
