Role Overview

We are looking for an Insight Manager to join our growing insights team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic research across our diverse portfolio of clients spanning sports, music, and entertainment with both brands and rights holders. You'll partner closely with all parts of dentsu Sports International to provide considered and impactful insights to support a wide range of client needs.

As an Insight Manager, you will lead research initiatives across multiple disciplines, and we are seeking someone who has a diverse range of experience and an appetite to expand their expertise. Two of the key services our clients require are partnership valuation and consumer research (including brand health and audience research). You'll champion a consumer-centric mindset, synthesise actionable insight from multiple sources, and make evidence-based recommendations that shape winning strategies. You will set high-performance standards for yourself and your peers, ensuring we continuously improve how we work and what we deliver.

The role will report into VP Dentsu Sports Analytics and is based in London.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Turn insight into impact: Champion a consumer-centric mindset by elevating data into deep, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Ask the right questions: Partner with client teams and our clients directly to shape the research questions that matter most, then use insight to answer them with clarity and purpose.
  • Lead research that matters: Run focused, fast, and meaningful research using the best agile tools and trusted agency partners to deliver deep consumer understanding and brand health tracking.
  • Develop consumer segmentation: Shape and apply consumer segmentation frameworks grounded in behavioural science, creating actionable audience profiles that guide strategic decisions.
  • Synthesise insight: Transform complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Influence winning strategies: Work hand-in-hand with commercial and product teams to develop compelling propositions grounded in real human insight, not assumptions.
  • Present with impact: Lead compelling client presentations and internal stakeholder updates that bring insights to life and inspire action through excellent storytelling and data visualisation.
  • Own research tools and capabilities: Act as the expert on key research platforms and tools, managing updates, quality standards, and agency partnerships to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Lead with energy: Be a passionate advocate for insight, inspiring teams and stakeholders to listen, learn and act with curiosity and conviction.

Client Servicing & Account Management:

  • Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with clients, setting the tone for client servicing excellence, preparing proposals, and leading status calls and updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
