Insights Manager

We're looking for an Insights Manager to join our established qualitative market research team. We are a small, qualitatively focused team providing HCP and patient insights for all types of pharmaceutical business from biotechs to global pharmaceutical brands.

Our work focuses on research around product launches and branding, spanning more traditional HCP-focused market research projects through to partnerships with our broader agencies.

You will work closely with our healthcare clients to help their teams turn data into insights and understand its impact on their business.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the delivery of congress metrics, partnering with production teams to prepare systems for stand measurement, analysing data, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to research and insight projects, including introducing methodologies, supporting primary research with HCPs, patients and other audiences, and deriving relevant insights for clients and brands.
  • Support pitch development through clear slides that communicate our value proposition and tailored project approaches.
  • Translate primary research data into compelling, insight-driven reports and outputs.
  • Promote excellence across research execution, from brief to delivery, encouraging collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage projects including timelines, budgets, and coordination of client and agency workstreams to ensure delivery against milestones.
  • Build client relationships through questioning and tailored communication styles.
  • Deliver business insights through thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and social media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
