THE ALLSAINTS TEAM
At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.
We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.
We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.
THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the central Head of Data & Insight, the Insight Manager is a pivotal leadership-track role at AllSaints. Sitting centrally within our Finance function, we report to a highly commercial, business-performance-forward CFO.
Your mission is simple yet highly impactful: turn raw insight into strategic action, make data transparent across the brand, and build a platform that champions our internal data talent. You will lead, mentor, and elevate a team of analysts acting as their strategic sparring partner—bridging the gap between their complex modelling and the senior leadership team (SLT) to ensure their work is visible, celebrated, and actioned.
This is a true "player-coach" role (roughly a 50:50 split). You will get your hands dirty with advanced analytical modeling and strategic storytelling, while leading cross-functional stakeholder management and roadmap prioritisation.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Team Mentorship & Advocacy (People First):
- Elevate and Empower: Act as a career mentor for our insight analysts, actively coaching them on business acumen, strategic storytelling, and project ownership to prepare them for their future career trajectories
- Create the Platform: Ensure the team’s work is never "hidden in a folder." Translate and package their technical output into high-impact, SLT-ready insights that get exposed to a wider business audience
- Technical Sparring: Provide technical inspiration, guiding the team on advanced analytical techniques and maintaining high standards of analytical rigor
Strategic Partnering & Turning Insight into Action:
- Omnichannel Stakeholder Management: Partner across diverse, multi-channel business functions (including Digital, Retail, Wholesale, Buying, and Merchandising) to understand their unique commercial goals and paint points
- Adapting to Data Maturity: Navigate varying levels of analytical maturity across the business—comfortably shifting from educating operational teams on data-driven decision-making, to co-creating advanced customer profiling models with highly technical digital partners
- Proactive Demand Generation: Move the business away from a reactive reporting mindset. Proactively show business leads "what is possible" with advanced analytics, inspiring them to ask deeper, high-impact strategic questions
- Commercialising Insights: Translate complex quantitative and qualitative datasets into clear, actionable commercial recommendations that drive measurable impact on margins, stock allocation, and customer lifetime value
- Synthesizing Customer Voice: Champion initiatives that marry hard transactional/behavioral data with qualitative customer research and surveys to build a 360-degree view of the AllSaints customer

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Hands-on Analysis & Strategic Modelling
